Strand House supports adults aged 18–65 who may have:

Severe and enduring mental health needs

Complex or fluctuating mental health conditions

Learning disabilities

Autism
We also support:

Young adults transitioning into adult services

People moving on from hospital or higher levels of care

Individuals at risk of homelessness

People who need short-term reablement or longer-term supported living
Every person is unique. Our support is tailored to individual strengths, goals and risks.
What We Support With
Support at Strand House may include:

Daily living skills (cooking, shopping, cleaning)

Personal care where required

Budgeting and financial management

Tenancy sustainment and housing-related support

Access to education, volunteering or employment

Managing medication

Building community connections

Developing confidence and communication skills
